Rehearse

Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms explain how Rehearse works and what we each agree to when you use it. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

1. About Rehearse

Rehearse is an online service that helps you prepare for job interviews. It drafts STAR stories from your CV, writes interview questions from job adverts, runs spoken mock interviews and gives feedback on your answers. You can contact us at hello@rehearseinterviews.co.uk.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or over to use Rehearse.
  • Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there.
  • You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it’s been misused.
  • Your account is for you. Don’t share it or create accounts to get around plan limits.

3. Your content

You own everything you put into Rehearse: your CV, stories, job adverts, questions and recordings, and the content Rehearse creates for you from them. You give us permission to store and process your content only so we can provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your content at any time.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and don’t upload other people’s personal data unless you need to and are allowed to.

4. AI-generated content

  • Rehearse uses AI to draft stories, suggest questions and give feedback. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
  • Check everything before you use it. Make sure any story or answer you give an employer is true and accurately describes your own experience. You’re responsible for what you submit to employers.
  • Scores and feedback are practice aids, not professional careers, legal or recruitment advice.
  • We can’t guarantee any interview result or job offer.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • use Rehearse for anything unlawful, or to create false or misleading applications
  • use Rehearse to receive help during a live interview or assessment where that isn’t allowed
  • try to access other people’s accounts or data, or interfere with how Rehearse works
  • use automated tools to access Rehearse, or copy or resell the service
  • upload anything harmful, offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Plans, payments and cancelling

  • You can use Rehearse for free within the limits of the free plan. Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing section.
  • One-off passes, such as the Sprint and Interview Pass, give you access for a fixed period. They don’t renew automatically.
  • Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Because Rehearse is digital content you can use straight away, we’ll ask you to agree to start your plan immediately when you buy it. Once you start using a paid plan, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. This doesn’t affect your other legal rights, including if the service isn’t as described.
  • Fair-use limits apply to AI features on every plan, to keep Rehearse reliable and affordable for everyone.

7. Changes and availability

We’re always improving Rehearse, so features may change. We’ll try to keep it available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make a change that significantly affects a paid plan you’re on, we’ll tell you in advance.

8. Our responsibility to you

  • We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • Rehearse is for personal use. We’re not responsible for business losses, or for decisions employers make about you.
  • If we are responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50 if that is higher.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Rehearse at any time and delete your data in Settings. To close your account completely, email hello@rehearseinterviews.co.uk. We may close accounts that break these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice. If we end a paid plan early for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we’ll refund the unused part.

10. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes, we’ll tell you before they take effect.
